Recently I did a 16-day seminar trip to the United Kingdom. During that time, I interacted with literally over 100 martial arts school owners and close to 1000 students. It was an excellent way to see how far the martial arts industry has come and what a professional role the modern school owner has developed into over the years. Many times during my trip, I was reminded of what it really takes for success in this business. Below are 10 things I have learned while running my own school.
