MAWN: is the website where you can find anything you want about the program specifically. How would you define executing this program? Is this primarily the same as teaching a martial arts lesson? Is this like teaching private lessons?  JB: It would be more like teaching a fitness kickboxing program, circuit training with the proper warm up and cool down. The Rock Steady method has specific drills that help people with Parkinson’s.
