Once again, the most common question that I get whenever anyone asks me about summer camp is related to staffing. To repeat, hey ask, “How do you staff your camp?” The key for this question goes back to the planning and original preparation for summer camp. So we continue with some of the thinking that must go into the planning and preparation for a great staff. So far we have covered the importance of having enough staff.
