As of September 2018, you are no longer are allowed to opt out of campaign budget optimization. So for those of you who run several ads simultaneously to see which ones convert better, you no longer have to spend your time watching and adjusting . . . Facebook will do that for you. Of course, they claim their algorithm will maximize your ad dollars, save your time, and identify low-cost audience opportunities, and after all, if you can’t trust Facebook, who can you trust? (Said in jest.)
