SHL: I have a few comments about this starting with the obvious, which is to learn solid, basic, business principles and use them. But how you do business is just as important. First, be ethical and respectful in how you conduct yourself with everyone, even competitors. Next, and closely related to this, is operate with integrity and professionalism.
