MAWN: You have incredibly high-quality standards for your school and your staff. How does that work in your school and what are the ramifications there? TD: I chose my instructors carefully. My instructors are usually students who I have trained up to black belt. They know the system and are held to high standards as instructors. They have to show up on time, ready to teach their best class every time they step on the mat. They have to walk the walk and be good examples to students who look up to them.
