One solution is to give your students a goal by creating an in-school tournament in early to mid-summer. Everyone trains harder when they know they will be competing. When you create a tournament, you give your students a good reason to postpone swimming or the soccer game in order to attend class. You can keep it small by creating an in-school tournament, or you can arrange a competition between your school and another school in your organization or a friendly school in your town. The point is to give the students an immediate goal so that they focus their training to perform better in the tournament, and don’t get distracted
