MAWN: You’re very proud of and meticulous about maintaining the standards of your teaching and in the art. What are some of the mechanisms that you use to make sure that you have high instructor quality? CM: I think that you’ve got to communicate consistently and service them in what they need, whether you do direct instruction or long-distance training. I think that applies to whatever the case might be in regards to your customers. I feel structure is important.
