Is FitXR a Glimpse into the Future of the Martial Arts?

FitXR, a VR fitness app, has introduced a new type of workout called combat training, which includes punching and defensive movements from martial arts such as Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, or classic boxing. This is surely a step forward as the once considered virtual reality future is now a fast growing part of our present. At launch, there are seven courses of varying difficulty levels available, as well as a new training environment that resembles an urban backyard. The workouts use Artificial Intelligence to make the VR fitness classes more efficient, and are based on Martial Arts-based cardio workouts. These could become an outside of the class kind of homework
