Now that the new year is in full swing, and the market seems to be taking a guarded, but somewhat optimistic sigh of relief about inflation and the general economy, we should be ‘thoughtful’ about how these circumstances can affect our behavior and performance. Keep in mind that the general ‘macro’ economy certainly has some influence on us, our students and our business, WE have the ability to dictate our own ‘micro-economic’ circumstances. Even in the toughest of times (ie. COVID, Recession, Inflation, etc…), some schools will thrive, while others suffer.
