Martial artists are strong and independent. They don’t like to depend on anybody else. Most believe, “If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.” Unfortunately, every martial artist I know has only two hands. Many of them have very talented feet, too, but there is a definite limit to what they can do by themselves. There are only so many hours in a day. So when it comes to running a school, too many masters and instructors are just working too hard to get rich.
