MAWNews: High quality students are really important. You want them to be producing good quality black belts out of the end of our machine. What are some systems you use to develop them? AW: Well, I try to plant seeds. I’m a big believer in planting positive seeds. So I explain to all new coming quality students what my mission is and what our goals are for the future.
