You’ve got to communicate consistently and service your students in what they need, whether you do direct instruction or long-distance training. That applies to whatever the case might be, in regards to your customers. I feel that structure is important: you have a pattern in terms of what you teach, how you teach; students know your instructors and everything is clear. In my schools, we do weekly calls where we talk to everybody. Even if they cannot make it, students can always see the recorded events at their leisure.
