You’ve got to communicate consistently and service your students in what they need, whether you do direct instruction or long-distance training. That applies to whatever the case might be, in regards to your customers. I feel that structure is important: you have a pattern in terms of what you teach, how you teach; students know your instructors and everything is clear.
