In my travels one of the things that constantly rings in my head is being accessible. I cannot tell you how many rebooking and new bookings I get just from being accessible to my clientele. That is no different than a school owner. Owning, managing, and teaching at your school is all key to branding but accessibility is what makes the brand stronger and long lasting. From my days of being a school owner in Lodi, NJ where I only taught adults to now with all of the mainstream businesses I own – I am accessible 24/7 to any of my clientele/employees. School owners that are hands-on and in touch
