Don’t be “Busy being Busy.” Productivity = Enrolling, Renewing, Retaining This is simple but important: looking at a computer screen during “prime time” is wasting time. I’ve always had a policy of NO ONE sits at a computer and does anything when there are students in the school. Now, there are small exceptions. Opt-ins from your website should receive a call quickly, and you’ve got to know about them. Maybe you need to look at a list of leads to make outbound phone calls or to confirm appointments. But, other than that, returning business calls, working on data entry, dealing with ANY administrative issue during “prime time” is wasting
