For most of our industry, 2020 sucked! We scrambled to adapt, pivoted to delivering our service online, added additional value for our students, reduced our expenses, renegotiated leases, secured PPP funding, retooled our systems, trained our staff, and honed our skills. Many schools that closed their doors will never reopen. In some states, the response to the virus has been more draconian than others, and the effects on schools and virtually every other small business have been somewhat proportional.
