In some way, every martial arts school owner is a dreamer. At first, you fulfill one dream by earning your black belt, and then another by becoming an instructor. Then, you fulfill a third dream by opening your own school and renting or leasing a location. In time, you begin to see the pitfalls of renting or leasing (like paying someone else’s mortgage), and the dream takes the shape of building a location that you actually own.
