MAW News: We’ve been talking a fair amount about culture and how that sort of fills in the gaps and you’ve already described today the 14 point ethics code and the 4 elements that you use as teaching mechanisms, but you also described to me this 6 point hero code and 8 keys to personal development. Can you maybe walk me through that? What role does that play in developing students and I know those are tools for your instructors to use to teach those lessons. How do you implement all of that and what was the catalyst for all of that, and how does that help your team? SH:
