MAWN: Next can you share with us about how you systematize and develop staff for a multi-school organization and how you replicate yourself? CT: We do instructor meetings, staff meetings, program, director meetings, and a book review meeting once a month to try to encourage positivity, try to encourage growth, and self-improvement because I always believe if we can’t be better ourselves, we can’t help somebody else be better. My main location is in Abilene, Texas, which is this little Island of a town. Our next corporate location is 80 miles down the road and our other locations are spread out. My guys can’t meet weekly for meetings per se,
