In it he helps the average parent understand the 4 dimensions of human potential that is central to training in the martial arts. He breaks it down by the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual development of children, with each age group getting a separate chapter with dozens of references to scientific research to establish a simple understanding of the child’s capabilities and limitations at that stage
