I was born at John Hopkins Hospital and raised in the east Baltimore neighborhoods within the Lafayette Projects. As a kid some of Baltimore’s most historical sights were a part of my upbringing. The Hippodrome Theater, where I saw my first Bruce Lee Movie, Old Town Mall, where I laid several of the bricks, and the Inner Harbor, where I fished, swam, and saw it become established as a Volunteer of America.
