This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Martial Arts History Museum, the first and purportedly only one of its kind in the world. Michael Matsuda, a former magazine publisher, 50-year martial arts veteran, and 10th-degree black belt in Monkey Kung Fu, founded the museum in 1999, and it has since been his dream to keep the history of the martial arts alive for this and future generations.
