I was once on a martial arts business Facebook group thread and saw all these people talking about retail, so I said, “Show me your retail.” Some people with gorgeous schools had, like, two or three different varieties of t-shirts with a hat and a hoodie, and that was their entire retail! That was it! I wondered, Why are we so afraid of retail? Why are we afraid to actually go out and do it?
