Immediately after a test I once did, I reached out through text message, because it seems like emails will get to them eventually but they’re going to open up a text message within seconds. I sent a real, genuine text about how happy I was to have the students involved, and all of them really seemed very happy to hear from me. I think school owners sometimes feel like they’re being invasive.
