After talking to a bunch of highly performing school owners once, several things came to mind. First, I find many school owners are missing the little things they need to simplify their systems and organize or automate their lives. For example: Billing You have to farm out and automate this 100 percent. Make sure you don’t over-complicate your life. Another small distinction that makes a difference is putting EVERYONE on the same billing date. I prefer the first or 25th of the month. Batch everything you can on one day or in as small a time frame as possible. Then, you can follow up on getting accounts changed
