An old Zen master once said, “Live day by day. Be in the moment.” Another profound saying is “there is no past, there is no future, it is just the here and now.” Even though I am a martial artist, practitioner of Buddhism, and vegan, I subscribe to the esoteric philosophy and way of life of being in the here and now. Being caught up in the day to day is hugely different. About 20 years ago, I took a course that changed my life, called, “Franklin Covey Time Management.” What I thought of as the here and now and living in the moment was changed in a day. I
