After talking to a bunch of highly performing school owners this month, several things come to mind. First, I find a lot of school owners miss the “little things” to simplify their systems and organize and/or automate their lives. For example: Billing. You have to farm out and automate this 100%. Make sure you don’t overcomplicate your life.    Another small distinction that makes a difference is this: Putting EVERYONE on the same billing date. I prefer the 1st or the 25th of the month.
