For FAR too many school owners in the martial arts profession, summer is a “slow” season. Many fear the frequent requests to put memberships on hold (or to cancel altogether) because the family is going on vacation for a couple weeks, or suffer with a decline in new enrollments because kids are out of school and aren’t on their regular schedules.
