How to Plan for Success, Part 1

Success isn’t something that just happens. It’s something that you make happen by carefully planning what you are going to do each and every day. Your daily goals start with a monthly plan of action that every staff member has a part in creating and is therefore keenly aware of, signs off on it, and takes responsibility for part of it. Since new enrollments are the lifeblood of any school, we start our plan with a projection of how many new enrollments we need this month. For the sake of easy numbers, let’s say it’s ten new memberships. Grandmaster Lawrence Arthur has been a martial artist, specializing in Karate, Kung Fu, Kenpo, Shotokan, and Goja Ryu, since 1968. He owns 40 Super Kick Karate locations and is founder of the American Freestyle Karate Association (AFKA).
