Just Sell Something
Peter Drucker said the purpose of a business is to create and keep a customer. That’s right. Our job is to find someone who’d love to do what we do and get them enrolled. Once enrolled then it’s sweat blood to keep them engaged, happy, and training. Strange how often I talk to owners who think there’s more to it than that. What should you go to bed thinking about and wake up and immediately work on – to the exclusion of all else? How do I get a new student? How do I keep the ones I have longer? (and, how do I ratchet up my tuition) Really that’s
