Peter Drucker said the purpose of a business is to create and keep a customer. That’s right. Our job is to find someone who’d love to do what we do and get them enrolled. Once enrolled then it’s sweat blood to keep them engaged, happy, and training. Strange how often I talk to owners who think there’s more to it than that.
