In today’s fast-paced world, children face numerous distractions and pressures that can impact their mental and emotional well-being. At  my studio the Warrior Scholar Martial Arts Academy, we use affirmations and meditation to cultivate a positive mindset and develop discipline in our young students. This combination helps them thrive both on and off the mat. The Challenge of Meditation for Young Minds Meditation, with its emphasis on stillness and introspection, can be particularly challenging for young children. Asking them to sit still and quiet their thoughts often leads to fidgeting or daydreaming. Many young students may appear to be meditating, but in reality, they might just be closing their eyes
