Let us always remember where we came from and the roots of what we do. Every time we award rank, remember the origins of earning a real black belt, not by buying one.  A journey of a lifetime, not three or four years, not ten or 20 years, but a lifetime of work, dedication, loyalty, tenacity, knowledge, attitude, and humbleness, with lots of training and people to support you.
