MAWN: Those are great priorities. Now how do you transfer your belief systems and culture down to your instructors and then down to the students? CT: We teach traditional programs and we’re very clear about that upfront. We teach a traditional TaeKwonDo program. We teach traditional martial arts across the spectrum in our schools. So everyone wears a uniform or appropriate attire. We don’t allow inappropriate language in the school and I reiterate to the families all the time in belt ceremonies, testings, and whenever I have a captive audience that we are very much family focused and we want to be the kind of place that is safe for
