It’s not the first time I see myself in this quandary, and probably it won’t be the last one either. It’s a bit strange trying to explain in a simple way what I am talking about when I say spirituality, especially when I want to distinguish it from religion or mysticism. Spirituality, as I conceive it, is the knowledge and positive interaction with the invisible. Therefore, the first point I must face when I give a talk on the subject, is to place people in front of the invisible, with eyes to see the invisible. A Herculean task, since the concept of life is modulated by the mystery of perception
