MAWN: Operating multiple schools can be challenging. One of the challenges multi school operators face is recruiting and developing staff members. MB: The instructor recruiting process is doing really well now because we are constantly getting more and more adult students. With children it can take many years before they are able to be competent instructors and staff members, but adults can get there much faster. This is due to very high quality prospects coming into our school who have already set an appointment to come in and see you.
