MAWNews: Well, there’s definitely a principle at work there, and you’re describing it perfectly. It’s something we’ve also implemented in our organization, and ATA was probably one of the pioneers in that approach. It might be referred to as a “multi-level” structure. The idea is that you create revenue streams that everyone has the opportunity to participate in. For example, if you host a tournament, there might be some sort of royalty or fee that goes back to the parent organization.
