You are lucky. You practice a profession that cannot be replaced by a machine. Not even a supercomputer can teach the martial arts as a human being can. The master/student relationship is a precious thing that cannot be replaced. However, there are certain aspects of the martial arts business that can easily be replaced – more effectively and more efficiently – by a computer. It doesn’t require a black belt to take attendance, to account for your inventory, or to send out certain communications to your students and parents. Some of these tasks can be handled better with a computer than by a person at a fraction of the cost.
