Your perspective on running multiple schools is probably deeper than almost anybody else in our industry. What do you think are the biggest two or three lessons you’ve learned in over 40 years of running multiple locations that might benefit somebody who might be in that realm? BC: I think the first question I ask people, and nobody ever gives me a decent answer to, is, what does your school look like when it gets done? When this project is finished, what does it look like?
