As I considered what I could include in this month’s column, I tend to think about what could serve our readers best. What could make the biggest impact on my fellow martial arts school operators, in a real, tangible way. It occurred to me that far too many school operators ‘suffer’ through the holiday season. They suffer from a lack of new students coming in the door. They suffer from lower than usual revenue with students putting their memberships on ‘hold’ as they travel over the holidays. They suffer from increased student dropouts for some of the same reasons. How do I know this….well, I’m not afraid to admit it,
