In speaking with hundreds of martial arts schools on a weekly basis, I’ve discovered with three marketing strategies that all martial arts schools need to use on an ongoing basis: Timely Promotions Anytime Promotions Social Media Promotions 1. Timely Promotions. Timely promotions are promotions that relate to  calendar events. For example, back to school is a big calendar event that affects martial arts schools. That’s a great time for back-to-school specials, Stop the Bully Seminars, PTA fundraisers, and open house promotions. In the coming months, you’d shift to Halloween promotions, and then Christmas/holiday promotions. These promotions are timely because it’s too late to do a Halloween promotion in November. 2.
