Problems, problems, problems. Have you ever been in a conflict with a coworker, close friend, or even a relationship that was all centered on what was wrong? I want to take this column to explore problems and look at some of the remedies. First of all, problems allow you to grow. You could look at problems as growth opportunities, and in many cases, learning the skillset to solve problems can help you advance toward success in our lives. Where did we develop the idea that a problem means that something is bad, wrong, or harmful? It’s the complete opposite: a problem allows you to research and find solutions. Webster’s Dictionary
