After a student has been training for four to six months, add them to a CIT (Certified Instructor Training) upgrade list. Again, make an appointment to sit down with their family and discuss how far they’ve come and the leadership skills they’ve been learning, and let them know that you believe they are ready for a bigger challenge in their training and that you want them to enroll in your CIT program. The bigger commitment you can get your students to make to your program, the longer they’ll stay with you.
