Have you ever woken up and said to yourself, “I’d rather not go to the school today”? If you have, you are certainly not alone. Very few people are motivated 24/7, myself included. Without a plan this can certainly lead to instructor burnout. A person might experience burnout for many different reasons. Here are a few suggestions on how to deal with instructor burnout. First and foremost, avoid thinking that others have it better than you. It’s a waste of time and usually not true.
