At the first Living Legends and the introduction of the National Sport Karate Museum everybody was there, it was incredible. Having Allen Steen and the incredible group of iconic Karate men and women that helped build this incredible sport there was overwhelming. Without a doubt, Garett’s black belt test and the introduction of the Sport Karate Museum, I was ready. I put Garett by himself in front of these guys, a lot of pressure. I wanted pure pressure and honestly I did not expect him pass because I was going to make it hard, requiring exact fundamentals, but hard for a child. I told him, I still would not sign
