MAWN: Who were some other people that you looked up to? DL: I started Taekwondo because I’m a martial artist; I want to say that martial arts gave me the basis and experience to be the champion in professional boxing. My idol was Chuck Norris, and he’s still my idol, in the martial arts. I also remember I loved his book, and he was and is a big inspiration to me. Then, of course, I saw the movies of Cynthia Rothrock and that inspired me too. I also wished to meet this lady one day, and I knew that we would be good friends. And what I wished happened! MAWN:
