MAWN: Wow, I think that’s great advice. At this point in your careers, you’ve essentially passed the schools on to the next generation, you’ve stepped back from the day to day operations, and now lead the organization. How are you conceptualizing the next phase in the organization’s evolution? SH: Well, I think from a negative standpoint, I have less time ahead of me than I have time behind me, you know people like to hang on even as their skills deteriorate.
