USTC’s Newest President, GM Doug Fuechsel, Addresses Members in New Year’s Letter

Former Executive Director of the US Open Taekwondo Hanmadang, Grandmaster Doug Fuechsel, has been elected president of the US Taekwondo Committee. In a letter addressed to members on December 23, 2019, Fuechsel thanked members for their unwavering love of Taekwondo. In regards to the USTC’s future in 2020, Fuechsel asserted that “we have a responsibility to continue to uphold the honor of Taekwondo,” and that “our goal is to honor and respect [Taekwondo] as the treasure it is and care for its future,” before going on to thank Hanmadang supporters for their contributions.
